I think Mobius (Infinite Ouroboros) should be at S tier. As a Mobius main I have her weapon and her stigmatas, throughout my experience playing with her in the long run, she can dish out so much damage thanks to her combo set and mechanics, further more her ultimate can be spammed alot since she only requires 100 SP, and she has high sp regen, her ult and also does alot of damage and is less interrupted by enemies, her attacks has range and deal more damage thanks to her attack skill mechanic (the large snake tail whip atk) which also launches small enemies, and her skill atk places AOE over time, somewhat like a trap field. overall she is a good damage dealer with high survivability
oh forgot to mention, she is very good at crowd control.
