Azur Lane – Quick Intro
Azur Lane is a free-to-play mobile game for Android and iOS, where you get to collect and customize your own fleet of powerful warships. Join the fight as one of the seven factions and take on the enemy in countless story-driven missions.
Your ship is at the center of your fleet, so it’s important that you choose wisely when you’re customizing your ships.
You can equip your ship with different weapons, armor, and support items to help them perform its best on the battlefield. You can also give them a makeover with a new paint job or a new character voice!
There are over 500 different ships available in the game, each with its own set of strengths and weaknesses. You can level up your fleet by upgrading their ships, which will increase their stats and allow you to unlock more powerful abilities.
So because of the high number of ships available to use, we’ve decided to create an Azur Lane tier list for every type of ship, to make it easier for beginners and veterans alike to select only the best units for their fleet.

The Azur Lane tier list is a ranking of the ships in the game. The tiers are separated into five sections: BB, DD, CA, CL, and SSV. Starting from the S+ tier (which are the best ships in the game), and ending with the F tier (the worst ships). So let’s get started:

We’re going to start our Azur Lane tier list with the battleship class ships, so here is our list starting from the very best (S+) to the weakest (F tier).

How We Created This Tier List?
When we create tier lists for our website, we do it by first playing the game ourselves.
We’ve found that this is the best way to get an idea of what’s actually happening in the game. It’s also the best way to learn about how each ship plays, and how they interact with others in the fleet.
But that’s not all, we’re also doing extra research on the more special units of the game that are ranked higher.
We read guides and watch videos about them so that when we finally get around to writing up a tier list, we’ll have all the information necessary to make an informed decision about where each ship belongs in terms of ranking.
Additionally, we get feedback, tips, and suggestions from Azur Lane online communities such as the Discord server, Reddit, and also Facebook groups.
Still, no tier list is 100% accurate, so we don’t claim our Azur Lane tier list to be the most accurate in the world.
Instead, we aim to provide a tier list that takes into account everything relevant about each ship, including skills, stats, and abilities.
We also want to make sure that we don’t just focus on one aspect of any given ship over another because Azur Lane is like an actual game of chess in this regard: it requires you to think about everything at once rather than just focusing on one thing at a time.

In the S Tier 🙂 we missed her somehow in the last update, thx for the feedback.
I wasn’t planning on leaving a comment but since a couple of the ships I have been experimenting with are absent I figured I’d mention them
Monarch, a Royal Navy ship, should be in the BB/BC/BBV/BM tier list.
Warspite, a Royal Navy ship, should be in the BB/BC/BBV/BM tier list.
Sirius, a Royal Navy Ship, should be in the CL tier list.
Neptune (PR1), a Royal Navy Ship, should be in the CL tier list.
Both Monarch and Neptune are PR1 ships in the Lab’s Shipyard.
Both Warspite and Sirius can be obtained via Medal of Honor exchanges or the Medal of Honor shop.
Of these 4, I would say Sirius is the weakest one. Neptune (PR1) is the better CL ship in my opinion.
Between Monarch and Warspite I’m not sure. I’m still experimenting. I think a max level Monarch is better than a max level Warspite. But I think they both deserve a spot on the Tier List somewhere.
