Build the best Illusion Connect team with only the highest-rated heroes to keep you going through the game all the way until the late stages. Here it is:
Illusion Connect Tier List Ranking Meaning:
S Tier– Want to play with the best Illusion Connect characters? Look no further, because these are the ones you should be focusing on. These S-rated heroes are perfect to be used in any team combination and in any game mode. Whether it’s PvE or PvP, a team consisting of even a couple of these high-rated and overpowered Illusion Connect heroes will ensure that you win your battles every time. Upgrade and level up these heroes as soon as possible, as you will play with them for almost the entire game (unless of course, the meta changes drastically).
A Tier – While not as OP (overpowered) as the S-rated heroes, these Illusion Connect characters are still very good and viable in almost any game mode, so don’t skimp on them. Especially when you couldn’t summon some of the more overpowered ones. These are safe to upgrade and can be used even in the late stages of the game.
B Tier – These are your average performing Illusion Connect heroes. They are neither that great nor are they the most useless in the game. So it’s best to keep a few of them around. In some situations and with the right upgrades some of them can even be better than the higher-rated ones.
C Tier – Alright, so now we’re going down the ladder towards the lower-rated heroes. The C-tier Illusion Connect characters are slightly less useful than the B-rated ones, and you should avoid playing with them unless you don’t have any other units to use. Also don’t invest heavily into these, as you will more than likely upgrade as soon as you pull a better hero.
D Tier – If you’re just starting out the game then these heroes are pretty okay to be used until you get some better ones, however, you shouldn’t really upgrade these.
E Tier – Okay, look… we’re sorry, but we think these heroes are trash and you should never play with them. There, we said it. Use these as fodder and upgrade the best Illusion Connect heroes.

How Did We Create This Illusion Connect Tier List?
We like to do a lot of research every time we publish one of our tier lists. That’s why we have played the game ourselves for a bit and also scavenged the web for as much info that we can get about the game and about the best Illusion Connect characters and units that other people play with.
The first stop was the Illusion Connect Reddit community, and then the official Facebook page, but also joined other players on the discord server. Yes, that’s right, we’ve done all that just to make sure that this Illusion Connect tier list is as reliable as possible.
Obviously though, since every gamer has their own playstyle, some opinions might differ from one another. For some gamers, this tier list might not be that great, and that’s okay.
But don’t forget that P2P does play a huge role when rating these heroes, especially since this is yet another gacha game such as AFK Arena or Raid Shadow Legends.
Some of the S-rated and best Illusion Connect heroes are OP only when upgraded to the fullest, and for some players that might be hard to do unless they spend a ton of money (especially if they don’t get lucky with the drops).

Best Illusion Connect Team Composition
It makes sense that if you want to assemble the best Illusion Connect team that you will have to use the highest rated characters.
In this case, you focus your attention on the S-tier Illusion Connect characters mostly, but also the A-tier ones (when you haven’t got the S-rated ones that you desire). Characters such as Angela, Miyuki, Gagaku, or Senkikumaru can carry you the entire game up to some point.
What is Illusion Connect?
Illusion Connect is an online mobile RTS (real-time strategy) and RPG game that features a gacha system to summon new characters. It was developed and published by Superprism Technology Co. also known as Superprism Games. The game was released globally on October 20, 2020, and it can be played on Android or iOS phones (and tablets).
Cute Graphics & Fast Action
Illusion Connect features some amazing and cute graphic designs but also some great combat action. The story is also pretty good, and the level designs are bright and colorful, just like the characters themselves.
There’s a lot of gameplay as well, you can spend hours and hours and enjoy the wonderful game doing lots of activities both PvE and PvP.
You will also get to experience the gacha system when trying to summon some of the best Illusion Connect characters. The game features over 50+ heroes, also known as Radiants, and you can form endless combinations and team units with them in order to make sure that you will always win your battles.
Great Voice Overs
For the fans of voiceovers, rest assured that Illusion Connect features some of the best voice-over artists in the industry such as Ai Kayano, Hisako Kanemoto, Yui Ishikawa, Risa Taneda, Ami Koshimizu, and many more.
Illusion Connect – Reviews From Players
In general, players of Illusion Connect give the game a fairly good rating. On Google Play, the game gets a review score of 4.3 out of 5, and on iOS a rating of 4.8 out of 5.
Players are usually satisfied with the way the game is being maintained but some might have a problem with the gacha summon rate as well as with the P2P (pay-to-play) players.
Since this is a gacha game, similar to Dislyte or Summoners War, it’s obvious that players that spend money in-game are going to get an advantage over the ones that don’t. Especially when it comes to summoning the best characters in Illusion Connect.
However, this doesn’t mean that F2P players shouldn’t download the game. The game can still be very much enjoyed even if you never spend a single penny, but you will have to keep in mind that you might not always be able to beat the top players (also mostly the ones that spend money), especially in PVP.
