Apex Legends Tier List in Season 18: Best Legends (April 2024)

If you’re looking for an updated Apex Legends tier list, then you’ve come to the right place. We’ll show you our rankings of the best characters in Apex Legends and also the best weapons to use in this current game meta.

Apex Legends is a Battle Royale game with some elements of Overwatch‘s hero shooter gameplay. The game has a total of 21 playable characters (known as Legends) and each one possesses unique abilities and play styles.

In this article, we have created our very own Apex Legends tier list for each legend in the game, including rankings of Apex Legends best weapons to use in this meta.

Our Apex Legends tier list is a ranking of all the characters in the game. It is based on their abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and overall power levels.

Before we examine Apex Legends’ best characters, let’s quickly review what each tier ranking means.

Tier S Apex Legends (BEST characters) – Simply put, these are the best characters in Apex Legends in season 18. They have no real weaknesses and can do virtually anything in the game.

Tier A Apex Legends (Strong characters) – These are solid Apex Legends characters with some limitations that keep them from reaching the top tier, but they’re still good enough to be considered great choices for most players. They have at least one major weakness or limitation that keeps them from being among the best characters in Apex Legends.

Tier B Apex Legends (Decent characters) – These are good legends that can perform well in most situations but not all of them at once. They usually have at least one major weakness or limitation that keeps them from being among their higher-tier peers but still make a solid choice for most players who want to use them as part of their squad composition options.

Tier C Apex Legends (Average characters) – These are average-to-good characters that aren’t necessarily bad choices by any means but also don’t excel in any one area enough to make them stand out as a decent choice

Tier D Apex Legends (Weak characters) – We feel that these legends are among the weakest in the current game meta. They suffer from a number of flaws and issues and are easily countered by other characters. It’s best to avoid playing them unless you know what you’re doing.

Now that we’ve covered all the basics, let’s check out our Apex Legends tier list.

How We Created This Apex Legends Tier List?

Before we create all of our tier lists, we first do some research about the game. This way we can make a pretty accurate tier list.

We aggregate data from diverse sources within the game, including content creators such as Kasellos, players, and various platforms like YouTube, Reddit, or the official Apex Legends Discord server. This comprehensive approach informs our character rankings, factoring in aspects like in-game performance, unique abilities, movement mechanics, and overall player reception.

There are over 20 characters in Apex Legends, and if you’re a beginner, it might be difficult to decide which ones would be best for solo or team play.

We hope that our Apex Legends tier list gives you some insight into the strengths and weaknesses of each character and hopefully helps you make an informed decision about which legends to choose.

Let us know your thoughts and opinions on this Apex Legends tier list. We think this list pretty much covers every possibility, but we welcome corrections.

We’ll be keeping a close watch on which legends are becoming more popular, and which are falling out of favor, especially as this Apex Legends season 18 continues and with the new updates and buffs and nerfs added to the game.

The game features squads of three players fighting to be the last team standing.

Players can choose between eight playable characters, each with their own unique abilities, which are unlocked through loot crates that can be purchased using real money or earned through gameplay.

The game features a cast of over 20 different characters who are playable in the game’s battle royale mode. At the start of each match, players choose one of these characters (also known as legends) to play as before they drop onto the map via drop pod with their teammates (if any).

Each legend has its own unique abilities and playstyle, allowing for different strategies to be employed during gameplay. Characters are generally unlocked through loot crates that can be purchased using real money or earned through gameplay.

Apex Legends has no cross-platform play between consoles; however, PC users may play with console players if they have access to an Xbox or PS4 controller or keyboard/mouse setup.

The game was announced in November 2018 as Titanfall 3, but was later renamed to Apex Legends and revealed as a standalone battle royale title in January 2019.

Apex Legends received mixed reviews from critics upon release; while the core gameplay was praised for its simplicity and fun, some critics found the game lacking in content compared to other popular titles such as Fortnite: Battle Royale and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Speaking of Fortnite, here are our top tips to win Fortnite.
