Shining Beyond Tier List Ranking Meaning:
S Tier– These are your best Shining Beyond heroes. They are a bit OP (Overpowered) when compared to lower-tier ones, and that’s because of their unique abilities, high defense, and high damage output. You should always prioritize upgrading and leveling up these characters above anyone else. They are good in any Shining Beyond team comp. (composition) and in any game mode.
A Tier – These Shining Beyond characters are not that OP, compared to the S-tier, but they could still hold their own on the battlefield. Especially if you haven’t been that lucky with your gacha summons. You can easily use these in all the game modes including PvE and PvP, and they are safe to be upgraded and leveled all the way.
B Tier – Your average Shining Beyond heroes. These B-tier characters are not great but also not that bad. This means that they can still get the job done, but they don’t excel at anything in particular and sometimes the win is not guaranteed.
C Tier – These heroes are a bit underwhelming and they are only viable if you invest a lot into them and you know what you’re doing and how to utilize their skills properly. Their usage is pretty limited though and you’re better off playing with other heroes that sit much higher up in this Beyond Shining tier list.
D Tier – In our opinion some of these heroes are not worth playing with. You shouldn’t waste your resources on these as you’d pretty much want to upgrade as soon as possible. Still, if you’re just starting out and have no other hero to play with, then yeah, use them 🙂

How Was This Shining Beyond Tier List Created?
Before we publish our tier lists for games, we like to do a lot of research just to make sure we have it all right.
Not only did we play and experience the game, but we have also inspected what other players are using in their team comp, and also checked the web for more opinions and feedback from players.
We checked the Shining Beyond Reddit community, as well as the official Facebook page, and chatted with players on the discord server. All of that just to make sure that this Shining Beyond tier list is as accurate as possible.
However, having said all of that, it’s good to point out that obviously gameplay differs drastically from player to player. For example, what player A thinks is the best character in the game, player B thinks that it’s complete trash, and vice-versa.
Also, you can use pretty much any hero on this Shining Beyond tier list and still be able to get the job done, but with some, it’s going to be a bit easier.
Don’t forget that in pretty much all games of this genre (with a gacha system) such as AFK Arena or Raid Shadow Legends, the P2P (pay to play) aspect matters.
Since paying players (also called “whales”) can just buy tons of summons until they get their desired hero and upgrade them fully before anyone else.

Shining Beyond is an online gacha idle RPG game. The game was developed by XII Braves, who has also created another hit mobile game called “Valiant Force”. Shining Beyond was released globally on Android and iOS devices on November 26, 2020.
Shining Beyond is a part-time idle and part-time action-focused RPG game.
This means that you can choose to sit and do nothing and watch your characters and gameplay for itself collecting experience and loot.
If that’s your type of game then Shining Beyond is a great addition to the genre.
Great Visuals & Soundtrack
There aren’t that many unique things in Shining Beyond to give the title an edge over other similar games.
However the 2D art and 3D visuals are amazing, and the in-game events are plentiful.
You also get a ton of customization options for your heroes and lots of jobs to choose from to make your heroes even more unique and powerful.
Enough Content To Satisfy Everyone
There’s plenty of PvE content, including dungeons (with co-op), raids, and treasure hunts, as well as PvP battles where you can challenge other players through the arena.
Shining Beyond – Reviews From Players
In general, players of Shining Beyond give the game a fairly good rating.
On Google Play, the game gets a review score of 4.2 out of 5, and on iOS a rating of 4 out of 5.
The main issues that players complain about are the usual suspects: too many ads to top up and spend money and also the game can get a little dull, especially since its gameplay is more idle-focused.
With that being said, even though there are some pop-ups that ask you to spend money, players report that you can absolutely enjoy and play the game without ever spending a single dollar.
